You may return Humankind for any reason up to 30 days after your shipment so long as the bag is not opened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the bag has been opened, as we cannot guarantee that the food has not been tampered with. If there is something that you or your pup is not happy with, please let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it or issue a full refund of the purchase price, less $15 return shipping.
Here’s how it works:
- Please call our subscription line at 855.622.4605, M-F, between 9 am & 5 pm ET excluding holidays to request a refund
- We’ll send you a return shipping label and a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging using the shipping label provided
- We will credit the payment method used to make the purchase
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued for item’s actual purchase price less the cost of return shipping. Any expedited shipping fees on the original purchase are non-refundable.
